White Hall Cottages - The Cottages

The Cottages

Stay in a beautiful stone built barn conversion with spectacular coastal views.

White Hall Farm is a 130-acre working sheep farm. In 1993 the farmyard stone buildings were sympathetically converted into 4 charming cottages: Badgers Barn, Meadow View, The Granary and Stable Cottage.

Each cottage has:

  • Tricity electric cooker
  • Twin oven and 4 hotplates
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Large high power microwave
  • Toaster
  • Coffee maker
  • Henry vacuum cleaner and a full range of cleaning materials.
  • TV/video and a radio/cassette player.

Additionally Granary and Stable Cottages both have a front-loading washing machine.

There is also a laundry room on site with a washer and dryer.

What Our Guests Say

"Our first visit here from Sheffield and we feel we have discovered a real gem!  Kids enjoyed feeding horses, sheep and lambs and stroking the gentlest sheepdog.  Good base for trying out cycle paths and we've enjoyed lots of cliff walks and trips to Scarborough, Whitby and Runswick Bay.  We dearly hope to return sometime".

Diane, Jim & Rhianne - October 2010

"A lovely getaway for glorious peace and quiet.  Stunning views and good access via car to plenty of seaside resorts: Whitby, Scarborough to name a few.  Coastal walk was great.  The Granary is a lovely spacious cottage to come back to".

Marjorie and Roy - October 2010

If you ever want to sell Meadow View... beautiful, we will be back.

Paul & Justine - Sheffield

"Really enjoyed the peace and quiet, a lovely cottage.  Had a walk direct from White Hall Farm to Robin Hood's Bay and back via Ravenscar and Boggle Hole".

Chris and Julie - August 2010
