About the cottages

Stay in a beautiful stone built barn conversion with spectacular coastal views.

White Hall Farm is a 130-acre working sheep farm. In 1993 the farmyard stone buildings were sympathetically converted into 4 charming cottages.

Stable Cottage
At the top of the farmyard is Stable cottage. As the name suggests, it used to be a stable and in recent years housed a fine stallion called Blue Beard. This cottage sleeps 4. Watch sheep grazing and in springtime, lambs frolicking from your window. This cottage is all on one level with kitchen/lounge/dinning room, a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath. One step up leads you to 1 double bedroom, and a twin room with adult size bunk beds

The Granary
The Granary was a farrowing house for breeding pigs and a grain store above. This cottage sleeps 6 and is very spacious with lovely meadow views. It has a large kitchen/dining room area with a separate spacious lounge. Upstairs is 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bathroom has a toilet with washbasin and the other has a toilet, bath and washbasin.The Granary is provided with a 3 program full size Hotpoint dishwasher.

Meadow View
Meadow View was used as a farrowing house and was converted 1997 into a cosy cottage for 2 with beautiful coastal/sea views from the kitchen/dining/sitting area. This cottage has 1 double bedroom and bathroom with a toilet and separate shower. The cottage is all one level with 2 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom. An overnight storage heater heats each room and 1 convector heater is provided in each cottage. Bed linen is provided in the price.

Badgers Barn
Badgers Barn is the most recently converted cottage, completed in summer 2000. Downstairs is a lounge/dining kitchen and upstairs are 1 double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower basin and WC. It is fully central heated and sleeps 3 in comfort.

Each cottage is equipped with every modern convenience; a front-loading washing machine, Tricity electric cooker, twin oven and 4 hotplates, iron and ironing board, large high power microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a Henry as well a full range of cleaning materials. All cottages have a TV/video and a radio/cassette player.
